What to send
- Corrections. Name the page, the statement and the source that differs.
- Questions about a rule or figure. We answer in the relevant piece where we can.
- Photograph credits. If an image is credited wrongly, send the file name and the correct attribution.
Response time
Corrections are looked at first. Other messages are answered in the order they arrive, normally within a few working days.
Who answers
Messages go to the editors of the desk, not to a call centre. A correction request is checked against the cited source first; if the source supports the change, the page is edited and its update date moves. A question about a rule is answered in the relevant piece where possible, so that the answer helps the next reader as well.
What we cannot do
We do not arrange coverage for payment, we do not publish tips or picks, and we cannot give personal legal, tax or betting advice. For questions about New York wagering law, the state’s own regulator is the authority.
We read every message; replies are sent as time allows. The site has no contact form and collects no data beyond what your own email program sends.
